Who is Ruka Rengoku?

Ruka Rengoku was the wife of Shinjuro Rengoku and the mother of Kyojuro and Senjuro Rengoku. She was a woman with distinct facial features, including a sharp nose, elongated eyebrows, and a fair complexion. Her eyes were a deep red, reminiscent of the Kamado family’s eyes, and she had a delicate mouth. Her black hair was of medium length and typically tied back in a loose ponytail.

In the glimpses of her life shown through flashbacks, Ruka is depicted wearing a traditional kimono, which is often the attire associated with women of her status in historical Japan. Her character, as remembered and reflected upon in these flashbacks, contributes to the depth and background of the Rengoku family’s story within the series.
